Cory Wilson is a highly-regarded and sought after trial lawyer who has established himself as one of the premier criminal defence lawyers in Alberta. Cory has significant trial and appellate experience and has appeared at every level of court in Alberta. Cory obtained his two undergraduate degrees from Lake Forest College, a leading private college near Chicago, Illinois, where he was able to turn his junior hockey career into a scholarship. He graduated in the top three percent of his class with degrees in both business and communications. While at college, Cory acted as an Advocate in disciplinary hearings for fellow-students accused of on-campus misconduct.

After college, Cory returned to Calgary and obtained his law degree from the University of Calgary where he focused on criminal and constitutional law. After graduation, Cory articled at Bennett Jones LLP, Canada’s leading corporate law firm. During his time at Bennett Jones, Cory focused on civil litigation and articled under one of Canada’s most prominent civil litigators.
